Abstract
Business Process Execution Language(BPEL) has become the de facto standard for orchestrating Web services.A major weakness of BPEL is the lack of so-called support. The BPEL4People specification tries to amend this by adding human task support to BPEL.Most of the existed BPEL engines only support the BPEL specification and do not support the BPEL4People specification,so also lack the support of Human Interaction. An existed BPEL engine must be modify,if want it to support BPEL4People specification. It is hard to practice.A loosely coupled solution is proposed to Human Interaction in BPEL workflow management system. It uses the existed BPEL engine and does not make any changes to the engine. It designs two components,User Portal and Task Engine,to make the workflow management system support Human Interaction.
