Reflections on Improving the Employment Work of University Students

Abstract
College students are currently facing huge employment pressure,the formation of this situation,social,school,employer,and college students themselves all have reason.As employment subject,students should actively respond to the pressure of employment,to achieve successful employment,entrepreneurship,from reality and constantly improve and enhance their own quality.This paper analyzes the main problems in the current work of the students' employment and some suggestions to promote graduates' employment.
