The Research on the Present Conditions and Strategies about the College Students' Joining in Physical Sports in Their Spare Time in Fujian Province

We have already researched and analyzed the present conditions of the college students' joining in extracurricular physical activities by the method of questionnaire,interviewing and statistics.The result indicates that the students have clear objectives and know the activities well.Their main choice of physical activities is those popular sports such as football,basketball,pingpong.However,the frequency and the time spent on exercising are not satisfying,especially for girls.The students don't gain a profound understanding of Life-long physical education The main factors that prevent college students from taking part in activities involve heavy lessons,the limitation of the playground and the lack of equipment.
