Abstract
Changes of appearance and quality on Korla fragrant pear fruits stored in different concentrations of ethylene(0,modified atmosphere,100 μL/L) at-1 ℃ and 2 ℃ were investigated. The results showed that, compared with the concentration of ethylene in storage environment, the effects of temperature on fruit quality were greater.Fruits stored at-1℃ maintained the good color, higher firmness and less rotting rate, while the situation was opposite of the fruits stored at 2 ℃.Under the same condition of temperature, fruits with lower rotting rate and better preservation effect stored in the modified atmosphere environment, whereas, the influences of different ethylene concentrations on fruit firmness, soluble solids content,TA content and VC content had no obvious regularity.
