Abstract

Social security is the important system closely related to the national welfare and the people's livelihood.It is not only the indispensable guarantee system of people's livelihood,but also the maintaining and promoting mechanisms for the harmonious development of the society.Social security is in nature in line with the harmonious society.It can serve the construction of the harmonious socialist society.We should be guided by Marx's social security theory and fully play the function of social security as an economic booster and social stabilizer.
