A Study on the Characteristics and Evolution of the Puzhehei Karst,Yunnan

Abstract

Puzhehei Karst is a typical tropical karst landform in South China,and is also an unusual rural mountain and river landscape in the world.The karst landforms and their combination are abundant and integrated in the area.Restrictively influenced by geological structure,rock characteristics and underground water,the distribution of karst landform reveals clear regular pattern from the watershed to the bottom of basin.The study of Puzhehei Karst has important and particular scientific value in the field of karst evolution,karst hydrology and karst environment.
