Talking about the Establishment of Subject Librarian System in University Library under the Network Environment

This paper expounds the necessity and importance of establishing the subject librarian system in university library under the network environment, analyzes the qualities that the subject librarian should possess, and puts forward some suggestions on the establishment of subject librarian system in university library under current situation.
