Abstract
Wudang Taoist building complex ordered to be built by the emperors of the Ming Dynasty includes more than sixty bridges.Taihe Mountain Records and other documentaries and steles of the Ming Dynasty recorded these bridges' names and positions. The emperors of the Ming Dynasty ordered the army and the people to build these bridges and set craftsmen to do the maintenance. These bridges have not only connected the two banks of rivers and streams so as to make it convenient for pilgrims and visitors to walk on,but also have had the special value of viewpoints.Through field investigation,we found that there exist some certain problems, such as lack of maintenance and inadequate protection.
