An Analysis of Development for China’s Foreign Trade Subject System and Agency System After Entry to WTO

Abstract

This paper analyzed the WTO basic principles’ demand for its members, pointed out the defects on China’s foreign trade legislation for it’s subject system and agency system. Through the above analysis, the author tries to express, after entry to WTO, China must transform the current foreign trade system in order to establish a new international economic trade regulations and principles. This new system can improve the development of China’s economy efficiently, and is compatible with the WTO rules.
