Abstract

A two-steps iterative algorithm of combining the power control and multi-user detection in the CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) wireless systems was proposed, the numerical simulation results using the suggested method show that the new scheme not only saves more total power, but also has much better convergence performance and has more user capacity than that of conventional power control algorithm.
