Abstract

The author introduces the development plan of the multilayer responsibility cost system of the construction enterprises based on Web Service,gives the design idea of the general structure and the function module of the system,and discusses the key technology used in the system,the system design has been used in the responsibility cost management system of the practical construction enterprises,and made the enterprises more efficient and more competitive.
