Abstract
In recent years,the unfavorable effects of deflation have retarded the effective needs,affected the normal business in enterprise,and increased the intermediary cost.Therefore,to constrain deflation effectively,we should carry on active finance policy and liberal currency,and establish fairer and more effective distribution system.
