Abstract

With the implementation of the principal responsibility system under the leadership of the party committee in colleges and universities,open management of party affairs has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.In the new historical period,careful study of the open management of party affairs can promote the party construction and has far-reaching impacts.This paper analyzes the significance,ways and effectiveness of open management of party affairs in colleges and universities,which can be referred to in the open management of party affairs.
