SRUDY ON SCREENING OF ANTI-MOULD OYSTER MUSHROOM BY HYBRIDIZATION

Abstract

Three high-yield and anti-mould strains were successfully screened from 20 groups of dikaryotic hyphas,which were hybridized successfully from 12 kinds of oyster mushroom basidiospore by single-single hybridization.They are respectively GAO-4×615-6 prepared from spore No.4 of high-temperature grey oyster mushroom and spore No.6 of oyster mushroom 615,GAO-7×615-7 prepared from spore No.7 of high-temperature grey oyster mushroom and spore No.7 of oyster mushroom 615,and GAO-9×615-6 prepared from spore No.9 of high-temperature grey oyster mushroom and spore No.6 of oyster mushroom 615.The results show that JIANGDU71,Pleurotus sapidus,Pleurotus cornucopiae and Pleurotus ostreatus can't be hybridized although all of them belong to the Pleurotus,which illustrates that they have distant genetic relationship.
