Abstract

It is of great significance for China to list its crude oil futures,and the time for its listing has been mature.To improve the crude oil futures market,it requires taking a series of measures,such as breaking up the monopoly on the oil market and attracting more market participants;establishing more open and workable transaction mechanisms;setting up and improving the strategic reserve system;vigorously developing the capital market and setting up a multilevel financial market system to promote the integration of and finance;and pushing forward the establishment of petroleum renminbi system and the rise of renminbi,etc.
