Abstract

This paper described the application case of separation type heat pipe coal gas-air preheater in 4# warm air furnace of blast furnace at BAOSHAN STEEL GROUP CORPORATION.Preheater is used to increase temperature of air and coal gas in order to increase economic benefit of warm air furnace of blast furnace.This article analyze superiority of it from three aspects of technology,energy conservation and economic benefit.
