Abstract
The supported silicotungstic acid(SiW/C) catalyst was used to synthesize nbutyl acetate with acetic acid and nbutyl alcohol. The optimum conditions were determined as follows: acetic acid 0.253 mol, nbutyl alcohol 0.22 mol, catalyst 1.5% of the total mass of reactants, temperature 115 ℃ and reaction time 90 min . The conversion of acetic acid was 97.8%,the purity of the product was over 98%.The catalyst could be used repeatedly for many times without distinct loss in activity.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
