Abstract
Scientific and technological innovation is the resource of driving force for world development and an important power to promote the development of economy and society of a region.In order to find the geographic advantage,strengthen the ability of scientific and technological innovation,intensify the leading function of science and technology,implement key scientific and technological projects,build major industrial innovation bases,and shape a regional scientific and technological development collaboration mechanism and a win-win development pattern,the present situation of science and technology in key industries of Dandong is analyzed.Accordingly,some strategies for scientific and technological development of Dandong are proposed.
