Abstract

With complicated manufacturing technology and high requirements of appearance,dimension accuracy and comprehensive mechanics properties and being the most im-portant part of automotive rotor pump,rotor has been made with higher quality and lower cost by cold extrusion which has been introduced in details of forming technology and die design.
