On the Public Opinion Supervision in Constructing the Harmonious Society

Constructing the harmonious society is our country’s important strategy in socialism modernization. It requests the more widespread democracy participation and supervision. Public opinion is an important part to construct and consummate our country’s public opinion supervision system. But when it is played its role, the public opinion has many barriers both in the theory and reality. So we need to find the path to eradicate these barriers from three aspects: forming, norm and orientation.
