Abstract

Objective:To investigate acute anterior wall myocardial infarction under the change and the relationship between infarct-related artery.Methods:37 patients with acute anterior myocardial infarction and 46 patients with acute inferior wall myocardial infarction in patients with ECG changes and coronary angiography were retrospectively analyzed and compared. Results:The infarct related artery on left anterior descending was 33 cases(89.1%) in anterior wall acute myocardial infarction, and on right coronary artery was 35 cases(76.1%)in inferior wall acute myocardial infarction.Conclustion:By acute anterior, inferior wall myocardial infarction ECG analysis can make predictions on the infarct-related artery and judge.
