Abstract
In order to resolve the environmental problems existed in mines,analyze the necessary and methods of constructing environmental friendly and harmonious mine.The construction is illustrated from four aspects which are scientific mining,developing coal flotation,waste disposal,environment protection.Provide some constructive suggestions based on practical application technology and environmental protection management of coal mining,coal processing and waste disposal.
