Abstract
Objective:To prospectively evaluate the efficiancy and toxicity of Granisetron combined with Metoclopramide and Dexamethasone to nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapy regimens including Cisplatin.methods:Patients receiving chemotherapy containing cisplatin were randonmised into two arms given single Granisetron(arm A)and Granisetron combined with Metoclopramide and Dexamethasone(arm B).Results:A total of 118 patients treated with cisplatin based chemotherapy regiments were enrolled into this study, and the efficiancy of the arm B was supeior than A (91% vs 60%,P0.05).conclusion:Granisetron combined with Metoclopramide and Dexamethasone was proved to Be efficient in antiemesis on nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapy regimens including Cisplatin, and was available to improve the tolerance of cisplatin based chemotherapy.
