Abstract

Scientific Research Management Information System for modernized management of scientific research projects was provided an electronic platform.The System was started from practice,according to the research requirements,implemented the special management.The practice proved that the System could improve research efficiency,reduce research costs and improve the quality of scientific research,play the moving effect for the spreading of achievements in scientific research.
