The Level Evaluation and Advice Plan of Henan Agriculture Modernization

Henan is a province which is rich in agriculture and population,it shoulders heavy responsibilities of ensuring our nation's grain safety. The paper introduces the connotation of agricultural modernization,contacting the actual condition to construct a comprehensive evaluation system. Using the method of Factor Analysis assesses the comprehensive level quantitatively and main constrained factors of agricultural modernization in Henan from 2005 to 2012. According to the inherent requirement to construct the Central Plains Economic Zone,the paper puts forward policy suggestions to speed up agricultural modernization development in Henan province.
