Abstract

[Objective] The aim of the research was to select a new effective pesticide plant.[Method] Using leaf-disc method, the bioactivities of ethanol extract from the plants such as Macleya cordata against the 5th instar larvae of Pieris rapae was determined resp.[Result] The 5th instar larvae of Pieris rapae was treated with 1.00% ethanol extracts from the plants,The non-selective antifeedant rate of ethanol extract from the Macleya cordata against the 5th instar larvae of Pieris rapae was most strong after 24 and 48 h rspe.[Conclusion] The plant Macleya cordata was a new effective pesticide plant.
