Abstract
Objective To supervise the implementation and improve the effect of health education.Methods A service manual for clinical health education group leader was designed and applied in the standardized management of health education.Each department recorded and constantly improved the quality of health education based on the service manual.The nursing department inspected the health education and provided feedback quarterly.Results This practice improved the patients' master rate of health education,as well as nurses' health education ability.Conclusion The application of service manual for clinical health education group leader can promote the standardized management of health education and enhance the executive force of health education group leader.
