Abstract
A combined antifungal agent for color-deterioration transfer coating leather was prepared based on the properties of different antifungal provided by references. Some strains of fungi were separated and purified from the color deterioration transfer coating leather. The antifungal activity of each single compound was tested, based on which the optimal combination of the antifungal agents was investigated. It is proved that the self-made combined antifungal agent has good antifungal effect, by the inhibition zone assay, minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) assay and the practical application in tannery.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
