Abstract
Objective To explore the possibility of achieving the highest resolution by using combination of anion and cation exchange chromatography. Methods Purification results were compared among the differential(combination) chromatography of anion and cation exchange, anion and cation exchange chromatography of both isocratic(elution,) and affinity chromatography. Results It was showed by PAGE that the differential combination(chromatography) of anion and cation exchange had much better purifying ability than anion and cation exchange(chromatography) of isocratic elution. Conclusion Differential combination chromatography of anion and cation exchange can get good result which can be got under the affinity chromatography conditions in the purification of proteins.
