Abstract
This paper starts from credit culture connotation and its characteristics including broad,democratic,and win-win,then analyzes the problems of China's small and medium-sized logistics enterprises credit such as small,lack of funds,exaggerating their own strength and its ability to perform credit,large flow of personnel,lack of credit for the core culture.At last by drawing on the experience of Toyota and Goldman Sachs Group's credit culture construction and application of the credit culture theory,the authors propose four countermeasures of credit culture construction of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises including cultivating the spirit of enterprise credit first,focusing on the credit culture human factor,and developing the internal credit reward system and providing the appropriate credit services.
