Development and application of high-power large mining height electric haulage coal mining machine

Abstract

With the mining of over 6m caving face of coal seam,the research and development of high-power large-mining height electric haulage coal mining machine become an urgent problem in the coal industry.This paper introduced the production of MG900/2210-GWD coal mining machine that is researched and manufactured by Xi'an Coal Mine Machinery Co.,Ltd in North Shaanxi Hongliulin Coal Mine and compared the features of over 6m high-power coal mining machines at home and abroad.The structure and control system of the coal mining machine has been improved and the development trend and research direction of high-power coal mining machine is proposed.
