Basic Analysis of Electronic Manufacturing Service Enterprise Inventory Control

In supply chain management,Inventory management is an important activity of all of the enterprise operation management.Especially for the EMS(Electronic Manufacturing Service) enterprise,Which it is belong to low profit business and the price of electronic materials is more volatile.This paper take one EMS enterprise as the object of study,To study the inventory status and root cause of inventory problem log,Then advise some of inventory management strategies to prevent,improve and remedy the inventory problem log through demand forecasting and internal information sharing.For example use the tool of waterfall to improve the demand forecasting management and use the KPI management to improve the whole supply chain performance,Hope all actions can reduce the total cost of supply chain,quicken the fund turnover of enterprise and pursuit maximum profit.By the way,It also can be the reference for all EMS enterprise inventory management.
