Abstract

Effects of proportion and concentration of plant growth regulators on shoot-tip culture and regeneration in vitro was studied using two individuals(Vitis heyneana Huaxi-4 and Nongyuan-11 as materials to construct the in vitro shoot-tip culture and regeneration system of V.heyneana.The results showed that MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+IBA 0.02 mg/L was an appropriate medium for shoot-tip culture and regeneration of V.heyneana.The survival rate and reproducibility rate were more than 93.8 % and 88.6 %,respectively.Multiplication coefficient was more than 5.8.1/2MS+IBA 0.05~0.15 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L was an optimal medium for rooting culture,the rooting rate was 100 %.The system for in vitro shoot-tip culture and regeneration of V.heyneana was successfully established.
