Abstract
In a state,especially in a multinational state,how to deal with the relationships between national morality and state morality is an issue concerning both national interest and state interest.While considering the relationships,we must regard national morality as part of state morality.National egotism is not allowed within the scope of state morality.The study of the topic is of both theoretical and practical significance.
