Abstract
In the area of criminal litigation,the procedure of investigation and interrogation dynamically manifest the interaction between investigators and suspects involved in the oral confession.In this kind of interaction,there is a thought-provoking and urgent problem concerning how to balance the relation between government prosecuting crimes and guaranteeing personal human rights,and to foster a reasonable tension between power and rights.In this paper,the author starts his analysis from studying the necessity of publicizing the procedure of investigation and interrogation,discusses how to guarantee criminal suspects' human rights,how to use the right to investigate and inquire and how to keep the harmony and balance between the two,and puts forward the related policy proposal.
