Abstract
This paper deals with the descriptions of a new genus and two new species of the Typh-locybini, Typhlocybinae collected from China. All type specimens are deposited in Anhui Agricultural College.Parafagocyba gen. nov. This genus closely allied to Pagocyba Dlabola and Baaora Dworakowska, but differs from them in the dorsal apodeme of aedeagus with a ramus, and from the former in the male plate 晈ith a macroseta at basal area, from the latter in the 3rd apical cell of forewing triangular.Type-species: Parafagocyba binaria Kuoh et Hu sp. nov.Parafagocyba binaria sp. nov. (figs. 1-11)Orange yellow; crown with two large black spots, face yellow, basal half of frontocly-peus orange yellow, apical half pale grey brown; forewing grey yellow, hindwing smoky-brown.Length: 3.1mm; length incl. tegm.: 3.8mm.Holotype , Kunming City, Yunnan Province, June 21, 1974.Parafagocyba multimaculata sp. nov (figs. 12-19)This species somewhat resembles the foregoing new species Parafagocyba binaria, from which it differs in the body yellow with many black markings on the head, thorax and forewing, and in the male genitalia show difference.Male: length 2.3-2.4mm, length incl. tegm. 3.4mm.Holotype , paratypes 2 , Linan County, Zhejiang Province, Sep. 8, 1974.
