Design of an Evaluation System for the Competitiveness of the Oil and Natural Gas Industry

The authors have discovered that in current studies of the competitiveness of the mineral resources industry,the industry growth cycle influencing industry competitiveness has been ignored,and the evaluation index has not been applied sufficiently in the quantitative analysis.After some research on the normal method in the competitiveness of the mineral resources industry,a systemic index for evaluating the competitiveness of oil and natural gas industry is given,forming a physical model for its evaluation.Containing the normal index for evaluating the competitiveness of the oil and natural gas industry,this model directs more attention to the factors presenting the industry growth cycle.This may become the basic work for studying the evaluation of the competitiveness of the oil and natural gas industry.
