On some Question about Chinese Countryside Expropriation of Land

In the view of institution plan and social practice,this paper gives a systematic analysis on the use value of land and compensation standard for land expropriation.It acknowledges that the expropriation problem is essentially an issue of possession and allocation,the low-standard compensation and the weak supporting compensation measures.Finally,it suggests that the following concrete measures should be taken into solve the above problems,especially to build the sound expropriation compensation mechanism,besides,to gradually increase the standard for the expropriation compensation,to initially explore the effective methods to the aftercare of the landless farmers,to actively perfect the social security system on landless farmers,to regulate the government's expropriation and rectify its relevant rules and regulations.
