Abstract
Objective: To investigate the relationship between abnormal chromosome and the spontaneous abortion. Methods: Chromosomal karyotypes were analyzed in 652 patients with spontaneous abortion by using G-banding after periphery blood lymphocyte cultured. Results: There were 95 abnormal chromosomal karyotypes in 652 patients(14.6%).Of which,33 cases were abnormal structures,1 case was abnormal number and 61 cases were polymorphism variation. Conclusion: Abnormal karyotype is an important cause of sportaneous abortion. Thus, usual chromosome karyotype is necessary for this kind of paients.
