The Roles of Traffic Accident Investigation and Examination in Traffic Accident Analysis

Based on the analysis of the roles of traffic accident investigation and examination,and the current situation of traffic accident examination,the functions of related departments in traffic accident analysis are described in detail.Through a number of cases,the cooperation of traffic accident investigation and examination departments is demonstrated.It is proposed that in traffic accident analysis,the traffic accident investigation and examination departments should cooperate in the process of discovering,collecting and complementing evidence by performing their own duties.In this way,scientific examination could be reached,and consequently objective and fair traffic accident analysis could be guaranteed.
