Surpassing Economy Polarism and Technology Polarism——An Analysis of the View of Scientific Development

In implementing the strategy of focusing on the central task of economic construction and the strategy of invigorating our country by science and technology,two developmental views of economy polarism and technology polarism are prone to appear.Both views go against the view of scientific development.Most of but not all of our attention shall be centred on economic development.Invigorating our country by science and technology should be combined with ruling our country by human science.The view of people-oriented scientific development should be substitued for economy polarism and technology polarism.
