Current Situation and Countermeasure Analysis of National Student Loans' Implement

The policy of national student loans has acquire enormous achievements in more than two years, but the effect of this policy are not perfect. The author analyses the main existing problem in national student loans at the present stage, and puts forward following countermeasures strengthening the propaganda of national student loans; perfecting the system of national student loans and repayment; innovating constantly, adopting multiple channels to reduce bank risk rate; setting up and perfecting the personal credit mechanism, establishing strict credit supervision; training the moral concept of credit of students.
