From the perspective of international comparison obove Chinese small and medium-sized enterprise financing,it analysised the method of applying theory to practice and problems,from the single way of financing,loan ratio low describes the financing situation of SMEs in China.And from the financing system of small and medium-sized enterprises,government and society factors,financial services and other three aspects,it analysised of the specific reasons the financing difficulty of SMEs in China.Then on this basis it put forward countermeasures and suggestions of constructing diversified financing system of small and medium-sized enterprises on direct financing,indirect financing from the financing innovation,social services,etc.
