Abstract

Presents a point based map-matching algorithm used in GPS/DR integrated navigation systems. The toplogical aspects of the road network and GPS/DR heading and speed information and various simiarity criterion allow improvements in performance of the algorithm. The algorithm has been tested to use real field data.
