Abstract
Objective To detect the expression of Caspase-3 and P53 in gastric cance tissue and normal gastric mucosa tissue, and investigate the relationship between Caspase-3,P53 and the occurrence, development of gastric cancer. Methods The expression of Caspase-3 and P53 in gastric cancer tissues and normal gastric mucosa tissues were detected by SP immunohistochemical. Results The expression of Caspase-3 positive rate in gastric cancer tissue was 30. 0%( 15 /50),in normal gastric mucosa was 70. 0%( 14 /20),there was significantly difference( P 0. 05). The positive rate of P53 in gastric cancer tissues was 76. 0%( 38 /50),in normal gastric mucosa was 25. 0%( 5 /20),there was significantly difference( P 0. 05). The positive rate of Caspase-3 and P53 were closely related to the depth of invasion, differentiation, lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer. Conclusion Caspase-3 and P53 are closely related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
