Abstract
Drilling parameters detection and control system in real-time was designed,which is high accuracy and reliability,and can directly measure twelve parameters such as the drilling pressure and the quantity delivered by the pump,etc..The system can also model and compute the parameter and the derived parameter,improve the mining core rate of target layer,and forewarn the drilling accident which possibly happens.Based on the system one expert system was developed to effectively control the running state of drilling.Using the expert system we can reduce accident rate,save drilling cost,improve drilling efficiency and scientific level of drilling.
