Abstract

It was summarized that the effects of different grazing intensity on grazing behaviour、grazing grass forms and performance of sheep in recent years in this paper,it was showed that①There was negative correlation between the live weight gain per sheep and the grazing intensity, but there was positive correlation between the live weight gain per hectare and the grazing intensity;②Feed intake of sheep was decreased with the increase of grazing intensity;③The reproductiue performance of sheep under different grazing intensity were not affected;④As the grazing intensity becomed heavier, the eating time of sheep increased while resting and idling time decreased;Feed intake per hundred mouths and daily intake reduced, intake velocity increased;⑤Acceptability of sheep is relative;⑥The light grazing was beneficial to promote quality of mutton, but mutton yiecd mouton and gross economy benefit were low.
