Abstract

Taking the longest span continuous rigid frame bridge with V shaped support of Guangzhou Huangzhou Bridge as backgroud, a new idea of adjusting actively internal force in the closure section is put forward according to the foundation of bearing larger horizontal force, and the research is done about the feasibility, important technical question and the engineering measure and so on. The idea has certain referential value for the same type bridge design.
