Abstract
The toxin production of Corynespora cassiicolai and toxicity of pathogen to different cucumber varieties were studied. The results showed that It was appropriate for toxin production that pH value and temperature were 6 and 25 ℃ respectively with lightening for 12 h a day and continuous shaking culturing for 15 days.Crude of phytotoxin had selective toxicity to the tested plants.
