Abstract
The expansion of technology has led to imbalance of relationship between man and nature,and so people begin to think thoroughly about essence of technology.The characteristic of control of modern technology is the basic reason which causes imbalance of relationship between man and nature.It is the important approach for the harmonious development between man and nature that social regulation must be established and so technology be promoted toward rationalization
